I’ve worked in the fields of corporate sustainability, organisational and system change for over 20 years, predominately with large corporates and senior leadership teams. My work has always been about enabling individuals and teams to explore what it means to take responsibility for the impact their work is having in the world.
For the last five years I've also worked with NGO's and learning organisations on corporate and team learning and development programmes. These all focused on working in and with nature as an important place to hold the space we need to explore our responsibility to creating better world and the authenticity of our work.
I hold environmental science degrees from the University of Sussex and Imperial College, a post graduate certificate form Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership and most recently a masters from Ashridge Hult Business School in sustainability and responsibility. I'm currently completing my Accredited Advanced Diploma in Coach Training from the Association for Coaching. I'm a Chartered Environmentalist.
More importantly, I'm passionate about working with individuals and teams to bring purpose and meaning into their work, supporting the growth of new kinds of leadership and co-creating truly responsible and purposeful businesses.
